A Cool Summer Sip

When you can’t be with us, we’d still like you to enjoy one of our favorite summertime cocktails, the Limoncello Collins. This delightful drink is perfect for entertaining your guests after a day at the shore. It’s light and tart, and its presentation is as colorful and fashionable as your next outfit from Garmany. Try the below recipe for yourself.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. limoncello
- 12 oz. gin
- 8 oz. lemon juice
- 24 lemon slices (paper thin)
- Ice
- 16 oz. chilled club soda
- 8 mint sprigs
Combine the limoncello, gin and lemon juice in a pitcher and chill in the fridge for at least two hours. Press the lemon slices against the inside of eight tall glasses and add ice to each. Stir the mixture in the pitcher and pour it into the glasses. Stir two ounces of club soda into each glass and garnish with mint sprigs.
