Garmany, Luxury Clothier and Beacon of Fashion, Hosted a Fundraiser to Support Tigger House Foundation
December 3, 2016 – Red Bank, NJ

Christmas is a season not only of rejoicing but of reflection. On Saturday, December 3rd, Garmany hosted a Shop with Santa Family Event. Monmouth County families shopped and posed with Santa, made gingerbread houses, won luxury raffle prizes, and participated in a holiday Mannequin Challenge while benefiting Tigger House Foundation, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to achieving a positive impact by reducing the death rate of heroin and opiate addiction. Visit tiggerhouse.org for more information. Garmany is located at 121 Broad Street in Red Bank, NJ. Gift giving and shopping opportunities for men and women were available as 10% of sales benefited the foundation. Over $11,000.00 was raised during the gathering.

Tigger House was founded by Middletown residents Lisa and Rick Stavola in 2013 after their 25-year-old son Rick Jr. (whose nickname was Tigger) died of a heroin overdose. Lisa and Rick both expressed their gratitude, “The Tigger House Foundation would like to thank our Garmany family for their love and dedication to the community. Helping save one life at a time!”

Guests were treated to designer trunk shows, photos with Santa as they sipped on hot cocoa, nibbled on holiday-themed cookies by Antoinette Boulangerie and enjoyed artisinal cheeses by The Cheese Cave, both neighboring Red Bank businesses. Children also built their own gingerbread houses. A good time was had by all while giving back to a meaningful cause.

A benefit for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer
November 26, 2016 – Red Bank, NJ

Garmany’s No Shave November “Shave-off” event on Saturday, November 26th was a great success. We are a proud supporter of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and congratulate them on their newly built site in Holmdel, NJ. Thanks to Mike Nesci, The Preppy Barber, for 20 flawless non-stop shaves all day long! The Garmany team is now back to their smooth and handsome faces after weeks of waiting for the big day.

THE ANNUAL GARMANY NO SHAVE NOVEMBER is in honor of our quintessential gentleman Larry Garmany. We aim to raise awareness this month by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free. Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is our beneficiary. Larry had a positive experience with their clinical team at MSK and did their best in patient care during such a difficult time.

Garmany, Luxury Clothier and Beacon of Fashion,
Hosted a Fundraiser to Support The Boomer Esiason Foundation

September 16, 2016 – Red Bank, NJ

NFL stars Boomer Esiason, Phil Simms and Bart Scott celebrated at Garmany with several hundred guests for an exciting game-changing inaugural fundraising event, “Garmany…Boom!”, celebrating life, fashion and raising awareness for Cystic Fibrosis through the Boomer Esiason Foundation this Friday, September 9th. Artist, comedian, performer and New Jersey native Joe Piscopo was the Master of Ceremonies who also sang a few songs. Garmany is located at 121 Broad Street in Red Bank, NJ. $122,000.00 was raised during the evening. “An overwhelming success!”, cheers Boomer Esiason. “The Garmany team exceeded any and all expectations. You’d never know that this was the first event of its kind in their Red Bank store. It’s no wonder that they’ve had such success as a company. The guests were as gracious and supportive as could be. I can’t say enough, I thoroughly enjoyed the event and am truly grateful to all those that helped us raise significant funds for the cystic fibrosis community.”

Guests were treated to a catered cocktail gathering by celebrity chef Diane Henderiks, roaming bar areas featuring themed drinks sponsored by DIAGEO, a live auction, and shopping opportunities for men and women with a percentage of sales benefiting the foundation.

As an added bonus, Boomer is also being outfitted and styled by Garmany for the upcoming NFL season as he hosts another successful year at Inside the NFL on Showtime, which is an incredible opportunity to bring national attention to the store.

This is just the beginning of a meaningful and exciting collaboration between Boomer and Garmany. Johnell Garmany, owner of Garmany says, “September 9th was a groundbreaking gathering for a privately owned Red Bank establishment to host such star power. We’re proud to bring this event to our area and we can’t wait to plan for next year.”
