Style Consultant
Full-Time · Red Bank, NJ
The Garmany Style Consultant builds a portfolio of customers and is expected to be a consultant as opposed to a clerk or an order taker. The Style Consultant should work to establish a rapport that allows them to determine all of their client's needs and then show the appropriate product to meet those needs.
Sales Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales goals
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all store merchandise
- Consistently build a new client base, in store and out of store
- Be comfortable with in-home and in-office appointments
- Maintain a significant interest in the fashion industry and market trends
- After closing a sale, monitor all details including alterations and special requests
Client Service
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Build and maintain clientele, utilize store client lists
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
- Contact clients regularly via telephone, email, text, and written communication

Sales Assistant
Part-Time · Red Bank, NJ
The Garmany Sales Assistant provides support in many different capacities throughout the store, inclusive of both the men's and women's selling floors. Back of house functions include unpacking and packing shipments, organizing stock rooms, and answering phones. Front of house functions flex between greeter, runner, merchandiser, and whatever else the store requires.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all customers
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
- Consistently re-stock all products daily
- Organize shoe, denim, and vendor shops by size, style, and color
- Adhere to all Garmany policies and procedures
Team Support
- Assist Style Consultants during customer appointments
- Help plan and execute store events and functions
- Manage the monthly Customer Birthday Rewards Program
- New customer data entry
