Iconic lifestyle brand Playboy launches its first-ever wine

If Metallica can release their own beer, why can’t Playboy debut its own wine? To celebrate the iconic men’s-magazine-turned-lifestyle brand’s 65th anniversary, Playboy has released its first-ever wine—Playboy California Red Wine Blend.

Playboy Enterprises, Inc. partnered with Lot18, a global wine company based in New York City, to collaborate on the spicy beverage, which has flavors of cherry, blackberry and vanilla and a toasty oak finish. And it’s clear that this limited-edition wine isn’t any old bottle you’ll find on a collectors’ shelf. The label is a clear representation of the Playboy brand, as it features the iconic Playboy bunny costume in a gold mosaic pattern, complete with the recognizable bowtie and bunny ears.
